Custom designs to meet your unique measuring requirements. The LogicTM OEM Series is the ideal choice for custom or OEM applications where measuring instruments must be customized to satisfy a set of parameters or specifications unique to an industry or application.With the programmable features of the LogicTM OEM Series, CDI can customize a gage to meet most needs. For example, a gage can be programmed for T.I.R. only, or a gage can be programmed so only select features are available.

With your imagination and CDI's expertise, almost any possibility is attainable. Any custom or OEM application will be considered.

Following, are some additional features that can be used.
  • Special Measuring Ratios
    Gages can be programmed at the factory with ratios such as 4:1 (i.e. spindle moves .250", display reads 1.0"); 1:4; 10:1; even 3.12:1. Multiple ratios can even be included on a single gage. Multipliers from .01 to 99.9 and inverse equivalents offer endless possibilities for creating special purpose gages.
  • 3 Units of Measurement
    Three units of linear measurement are available; all three may be defined by the customer. Example: Inch, Millimeter and Centimeter, ie: Pounds, Newtons and Kilograms. A gage can also be programmed to measure diameter, radius and circumference.
  • Custom LCDs and Graphics
    CDI can provide special LCDs and graphics on request.
